NEW AMERICAN CUISINE

django's  | kitchen - a fork-to-mouth restaurant. We launched in 2008 as django's restaurant & wine bar in Mt. Crested Butte. Since then, our adventurous menu, eclectic wine list and shared plates have gotten a lot of attention! Each season, our team designs a menu to capture the best of what's unique, what's hot and what's available locally. 

We are now in our new location - a larger space on Elk Avenue that accommodates parties and private events up to 120 guests.

Loves flowers, carries a big knife. Has hand-delivered her own desserts 2,000mi by car from Colorado to New York City, to make sure they were perfect. Featured chef on the Celebrity Chef Tour and invited to host a dinner at the prestigious James Beard House.

'nuff said.

BEANE

Sous Chef

Frisbee golf by day, kitchen by night. His mom knows his first name, but to us he's just Beane. In the span of a few minutes, he can finish a fillet with finesse, then put his fist through the wall in the scullery (and, yes, we can prove it.)

He talks a good game, so we've told Eric we're ready to see what he can do. The newest member of the team, Eric hails from the big city, so we hope our little town grows on him, so he'll keep doing what he does best.
